Mount WuDang was officially inaugurated as a World Heritage Site in 1994. Located in Central China, Mount WuDang is the one of birthplaces of the Chinese Tao Religion. The buildings at Mount WuDang were built during the Tang Dynasty, nurturing over thousand years of history and civilization. While history repeats itself over time that brought man made destructions, the nature and plantations were fortunately kept preserved.
